At Echelon DUB10, all modules within SF’s scope were prefabricated off site, reducing the need for hot work on site. At NCH, our plantroom AHU valve sets were prepared off site.

Coordinate suitable off-site fabrication, equipment, stock and deliveries with the installation work.

Testing and snagging within the agreed package, supported by photographic progress and constraint records.
At HubSpot House, filling, testing and snagging followed the fan coil unit connections.

Stephen brings 35 years of site experience, including project management with H.A. O’Neill. He works closely with the SF team and project contractors from installation through to completion.
