Move suitable fabrication off site

At Echelon DUB10, all modules within SF’s scope were prefabricated off site to isometric schematics. This reduced the need for hot work on site and supported higher safety standards.

Prepare the valve sets before installation

At the National Children’s Hospital, all plantroom AHU valve sets within SF’s work were prefabricated off site as part of an approach intended to reduce the installation’s carbon footprint.

Equipment and logistics within the team

Our stores hold the latest plant and machinery for pipe grooving, welding and crimping. We coordinate delivery logistics and manage workshop stock with suppliers. Our own van fleet brings the team and specialist machinery to site, allowing these tasks to be completed using our own equipment and transport.

SF’S WORKWater-services installation, plantroom modifications and associated site works at the Clondalkin data-centre campus. All modules within SF’s scope prefabricated off site to isometric schematics, reducing the need for hot work on site and supporting higher safety standards. Our team coordinated delivery logistics and managed workshop stock in liaison with suppliers.

SF’S WORKMechanical packages covering fan coil unit installations, heating and chilled-water pipework, hot-water generation, air-handling units, water-tank plantrooms and water services. Dental reverse osmosis (RO) and baby-feed systems installed in conjunction with Veolia Water Technologies. All plantroom AHU valve sets prefabricated off site to reduce the installation’s carbon footprint.

Project packages with Jones Engineering / H.A. O’Neill, Veolia Water Technologies and Parkwest Fire Protection.
